If you are not hiring a custom booth constructor, your standard booth will be set up and ready for occupancy on Tuesday, 11 November 2025, at 18:00.
If you are planning to design and build a custom booth instead of using the standard materials included in your booking, it is essential to coordinate details such as stand height, fire safety requirements, construction schedule, and logistics with us at your earliest convenience.
Please ensure that you appoint one of the stand construction companies approved by the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). If you are unsure which contractors are authorised, you can contact Emily Chiew at KLCC for further information:

To showcase your company’s products more prominently, consider displaying them as exhibits outside your booth within the event area.
Price: 50 Euro/sqm + VAT, with a minimum booking of 4 sqm.
Logistics Note: On-site logistics and handling will be managed by the appointed freight forwarder (details provided separately). This may result in additional charges. If needed, the freight forwarder can also coordinate the entire logistics process from your premises to the venue.
